Utilize a Pneumatic Forklift
You could often find pneumatic forklifts in shipping and warehouse operations. Also known as pump trucks or pallet trucks, they are used to transport products and materials around on wooden pallets using metal forks mounted on a wheeled counterweight. The counterweight contains a pump which raises the forks off the ground. A pallet truck is intended to be operated by a single individual.
To be able to prevent loosing control while raising heavy loads, pallet trucks should always be operated carefully. Machine should be checked prior to operating. Clear the wheels area of any obstacle. Check that the handle can turn smoothly. The pallet should be stacked carefully to guarantee that nothing would fall off during transportation.
On the end of the pallet truck's handle, squeeze the level found on the inside of the metal loop to be able to release the air in the pump and lower the forks. The forks could then be pushed into the pallet slots. The forks should be at the center to ensure equal distribution of the pallet's weight across them. Raise the forks from the ground by pumping the handle of the pneumatic lift until the pallet has cleared the ground completely. Do not raise the pallet too high or the forklift can unbalance.
Pull on the handle and then drag it behind you if you want to move the pallet. It is truly dangerous to push the pallet in front of you as the momentum could cause it to go out of control. Slowly take turns and don't try to stop suddenly. Gradually come to a stop, squeeze the lever, and the forks will lower to the ground. Finally, remove the forks from the pallet by pulling them out. Return the pallet truck to its permanent location.
